Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or confirming a sponsorship package with the Pumicestone Chamber of Commerce (the “Chamber”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Agreement

Sponsorship packages are offered by the Pumicestone Chamber of Commerce as outlined in the relevant package description.

All sponsorships are subject to approval by the Chamber Committee to ensure alignment with the Chamber’s values and objectives.

The Chamber reserves the right to refuse or withdraw sponsorship at its discretion if a sponsor engages in conduct that may damage the Chamber’s reputation.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your sponsorship.

Sponsorship benefits will not commence until payment has been received in full.

Payment can be made via approved online methods or direct bank transfer as arranged with the Chamber Treasurer.

3. Deliverables & Recognition

The Chamber will make every reasonable effort to deliver the inclusions listed in each sponsorship package.

Sponsors must provide all required assets (logos, images, copy, etc.) by the deadlines specified by the Chamber to ensure inclusion in marketing materials.

The Chamber reserves the right to adjust event formats, schedules or marketing channels as required and will communicate changes in advance where possible.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable.

Should an event be rescheduled, the sponsorship will automatically transfer to the new date.

If an event is cancelled for reasons beyond the Chamber’s control, sponsorship benefits may be transferred to an equivalent future event or alternative marketing opportunity at the Chamber’s discretion.

5. Use of Logos & Materials

Sponsors grant the Chamber permission to use their business name, logo, and approved promotional materials in relation to the sponsored event or program.

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring all materials provided are free from copyright infringement.

6. Liability

The Chamber accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in Chamber events or sponsorship activities.

Sponsors participate at their own risk.

7. Privacy & Data

By submitting a sponsorship application or purchasing a package, sponsors consent to their business name, logo, and contact information being shared publicly in marketing materials and event promotions.

Contact details provided will be used solely for Chamber communications and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.


By proceeding with payment or submitting an Expression of Interest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
