MBA-qualified, with a background in real estate and business coaching, he helps businesses optimise their salesforce and increase profitability through tailored, results-driven strategies.

As founder of Enable Coaching, Michael specialises in supporting distressed businesses, offering clear, practical guidance to restore growth and performance. Known for his ability to simplify complex challenges, he partners with clients to achieve sustainable success in today’s competitive landscape.

Tim Amourous - Vice President,

Tim is an experienced business leader with a strong background in the financial services sector. Over the course of his career, he has developed expertise in business planning, operations management, risk management, and strategic growth.

Passionate about business development and community growth, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, integrity, and vision to his role as Vice President of the Pumicestone Chamber of Commerce. His focus is on empowering local businesses to thrive through collaboration, innovation, and sound strategy.

Tim is the Managing Director of The Wealth Growers.

Jen is an experienced and highly respected bookkeeping professional with a strong commitment to supporting local businesses across the Pumicestone region. As the Treasurer of the Pumicestone Chamber of Commerce, she plays a key role in ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth for the Chamber and its members.

Jen is also the founder of 1st Dawn Bookkeeping, a trusted bookkeeping firm proudly servicing clients across the Pumicestone Region with all their bookkeeping needs.

Karen Lewis - Secretary

Karen Lewis – Oceania Marketing Group Founder | AI Marketing Expert | Fractional CMO

Karen Lewis is the founder of Oceania Marketing Group and a digital marketing strategist with over 20 years’ experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation. As a recognised leader in AI marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and customer experience, Karen has worked across sectors including finance, health, retail, and travel.

She has advised the Australian Government on the digital economy, served as Vice Chair of D+T Collective (ADMA), and is a judge and mentor with Women in Digital. Known for building high-performing teams and scaling organic growth, Karen combines data-driven strategy with a passion for empowering brands and future leaders in digital.

She is also the founder of Sleep Serenity, a sleep wellness ecommerce store and The Digital Coach as well as proud mentor within the Digital Leap program.

John is the owner of Moreton Bay DJ Service, a leading entertainment provider servicing the City of Moreton Bay and surrounding regions. With a passion for music that spans from the 60’s to today’s greatest hits — including RnB, Hip Hop, Rap, Country, Rock, Pop, Disco, and Dance — John brings energy and excitement to every event he performs.

From school discos to weddings, John has built a reputation for creating unforgettable experiences tailored to every audience. His ability to read the crowd and deliver the perfect soundtrack has made Moreton Bay DJ Service a trusted name for both private celebrations and community events.

As a committee member of the Pumicestone Chamber of Commerce, John contributes his creativity, community spirit, and business expertise to support the growth and success of local enterprises. He is passionate about building connections and helping make the Moreton Bay region a vibrant place to live, work, and celebrate.
